Arqutive operates under a strictly Encapsulated Security Model. We act as a technical force within your environment without ever becoming a data custodian.
- Non-Data Residency: Unlike traditional SIs, Arqutive does not act as a “Sub-Processor.” We do not ingest, store, or mirror your Production Data. All clinical refactoring occurs directly within your secure Workday™ cloud.
- Identity Sovereignty: We mandate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP). Access is limited to specific security groups required for the SOW and is terminated immediately upon milestone completion.
- Full Auditability: All actions performed by our bench are logged within your native Workday™ System Auditor reports for 100% transparency during SOC2 or internal audits.

STEWARDSHIP OVER OWNERSHIP
Privacy at Arqutive is governed by Purpose Limitation. We collect only the data necessary to maintain the “Watchtower” ecosystem
- Data Stewardship: We collect Identity Data (Name, Professional Email) solely for vetting talent for the Watchtower bench or responding to client inquiries. We do not monetize or trade user information.
- Global Compliance: Arqutive recognizes your “Sovereign Right to be Forgotten.” In alignment with GDPR and CCPAstandards, users may request the permanent erasure of their data by contacting
governance@arqutive.com. - Encryption: All data submitted via our intake protocols is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3.

Engagement with Arqutive via our digital infrastructure constitutes a professional agreement to our technical and ethical boundaries.
- Independent Status: Arqutive is an independent advisory and talent placement firm. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Workday, Inc. All Workday™ trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
- Proprietary Methodology: The “Sentinel” design language and “Clinical Refactoring” methodology are the intellectual property of Shiraz Impex Int L Lc.
- Advisory Limitation: While our practitioners are vetted for the 1% seniority tier, final configuration decisions and “Move to Production” (MTP) sign-offs remain the ultimate responsibility of the Client’s internal Named Support Contacts (NSC).
